Powdered egg whites

Other than Gary's meringue cookie recipe, what does everyone use these for? And how do you use them?

I just bought some yesterday owensmath.I go through  and waste alot of eggs separating them for recipes so i am gonna try to use them to susitute for egg whites in my recipes.I will let you know how it turns out. :)

So do you mix them with water FIRST or add them dry?

Beebs - did you notice any difference in your cupcakes with the dry egg white?  I tried them in the OMM, but the muffin seemed flater/denser... ???

I mixed with water DID NOT like the way my cuocakes turned out.

They were mushy and didnt cook properly I dont know if it was just the egg whites or if I used to much pumpkin.

Sorry to hear about your cupcakes, beebs.  When I made pumpkin OMM (one minute muffin), I had to cook quite a bit longer because of the pumpkin...

There is alot of water in pumpkin.When I did my pumpkin recipes for the video i omitted all the oil and limited all liquids. ;)

I removed all the oil from my pumkin bread recipe which was 1/2 cup for 2 loaves.The bread is still very moist.I would start there beebs. ;)
