Downloadable book

I had purchased all tree books on a downloadable form, and when I tried to open the fat to skinny book today to finish reading, it would not open.  Why???

When you downloaded the file you most likely chose the "open" instead of "save" option. When you choose the open option the file disappears when you close the file. Choosing the save option puts a copy of the book in your "My Documents" folder for future reading. I'll send you a new download link to your e mail. What about the other books, have you downloaded and saved them?
