The other things like golden flax meal, almond meal, xylitol, shiritaki noodles, black soy beans and a few other things I find at my local health food store. Bulk Barn also has things like soy flour, Black Diamond S.F. Almond Milk (which is also at the regular grocery stores with the Carnation milk), unsalted nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans). It was like a scavenger hunt in the beginning but I'm finding things ok right now, although I still haven't found a really low carb red pasta sauce. I hope this helps.
