hello everyone
« on: October 13, 2010, 03:24:21 PM »
Its been ages since I have been on. I am so swamped with all my kiddies, working FT and going to school PT.. I havent done as well as I was hoping but that is more due to lack of planning. I have made some permanent changes such as using Shirataki noodles. Splenda and eating more protein.

I have lost some lbs but not as much as I want and need.. I am slowly getting more organized but at least I know that I moving fwd vs backwards..

Wishing all of you a blessed day..

Alex

Order it online. Splenda is full of carbs.

I agree with you beebs on the Amazon and Netrition.  Can't beat their shipping prices.
