I want to lose more weight!! Sniff. :'( Meal plans, Doreen? Sherripie? Pwease? beebs will futterwacken vigorously for you!

You know several people have asked me for meal plans and I don't have them. I just keep low carb stuff on hand and make what sounds good that day. My families schedules are insane so we usually eat dinner at 4pm. Early yes but my son is in football and they like them to eat 2 hours before practice so they don't throw it back up while out on the field. Oh another thing I do is try to stay under 12 carbs a day. 20 is so many and most of the things I eat are low or no carb at all. I also eat out alot, I love a big cobb salad. So basically my plan is don't plan.  ;)

Im only making food for me..I some times make dinner for hubby and son but most times they cook their own dinner....I work 9 hours a day and on feet 8 of them and do not feel like cooking or making anything special...There are days when Im off I make Flax Muffins, turkey bacon, chicken breast, etc....for meals during the week...I dont make any of the recipes for snacks..Snackin is what made me that size...I will usually every night have Breyers low carb ice cream....Just for an example of what my menu's are:

Yesterday

Breakfast: Whites only egg beaters omelet w/feta cheese, 1 G Bran Crisp w/almond butter

Lunch: Salad with turkey & cheese

Dinner: Ground turkey cooked in olive oil with jalepenos, soy black beans, red onions, black olives, mexican spices on a bed of lettuce.

Snack: Low Carb Ice Cream

Today

Whites only omlete w/feta cheese and one slice of pork roll, GG bran crisp w/almond butter

Salad with 2 rolled up pieces of turkey and cheese w/musturd

Dougs eggs in a basket was for dinner
Live each day as if it was on purpose.
