Hi thedaltons6,  :)

It's always good to vent out frustration. And believe it or not, I know EXACTLY what you're feeling.

My wife and I are having the same situation, but in reverse.

My weight is coming off at about 1.2 pounds per week while my wife's is at about 5-7.
Due to health issues, she is on a special medically-supervised low-carb routine along with a couple of prescriptions (one of which dramatically speeds up her metabolism).

So I understand how many of you ladies out there are feeling!
But don't worry. We will reach our goals slow but sure.  :) :) :)

Jo, you have to ask yourself the question, "Is F2S a lifestyle you're want to have the rest of your life?"
If so, the weight will come off.

When I feel frustrated, I try to remember that it took MANY YEARS for me to balloon up to the weight I was when I started F2S.
If it takes a year or two to reach goal weight, that's cool with me!

Tony I just noticed I spelt your name like my sisters in my previous post sorry bout that .  :D

No I dont want it back I feel better then I ever have , I just need to stay off the scale . Do you weigh daily weekly ?
No if I just lose 4 lbs a month then I will be around 50 lbs smaller this time next year instead of 50lbs bigger . ;D

That's OK Jo!... You're not the first. So I'm used to it.

I weigh weekly and sometimes more often if I feel like I've just dropped weight.
Seems weird, but I'm dropping size faster than pounds.

When I feel particularly frustrated, I lock the scale in a cabinet in my garage.
Frustration bothers me less and less as time goes by.
