IS IT OKAY TO EAT NOGURT TWICE A DAY OR ONCE A DAY....I KNOW THAT WE R NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE SWEETS ON A DAILY BASIS

If it's 4 or less net carbs per serving, it should be OK.
As with most foods, the answer lies in reading the nutrition label.

Isn't this a great recipe? I miss yogurt too Keke, Chobani nonfat was breakfast on most days for me pre-FTS.

I have to eat really "pure" to drop an ounce. I've found these extras really slow my weight loss even cause it to stop. If this could be happening to you, perhaps use more of your carbs on veggies (fiber) as opposed to other things. As Mouseissue shared on another thread about fiber and I truly believe he is 100% right based on what studies I've read. More fiber will help you lose weight. One thing it binds to the fat in the intestinal tract along with other unwanted things in there and flushes it out of your body. Keep up the great work and be blessed! Nice to see your ticker moving!!

I just remembered something... Back when I was detoxing from sugar, I had painful issues with my gut and low-carb yogurt fixed the problem. See: http://fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=971.msg7676#msg7676

If you have a real hankering for yogurt, look carefully in all your local grocery stores for low-carb yogurt.

Some of them may be called "sugar free" since most the carbs in yogurt come from added sugar.
Unsweetened yogurt has very low net carbs.

Wow!... Good thing you discovered this before and not after you ate the yogurt.  :o
As others have experienced, eating sugar can cause a two week (or more) stall in weight loss.
