 ;D i found the flaxseed flour on the organic section in tesco's..but it was dear..i think i'll look around ..maybe on the web to find it cheaper..there is an earlier post about half/half with almond flour..thats ok but what do i make with it ...apart from bread..i'm no good at making bread type stuff..i'm not used to baking...x

Flaxseed Meal/Flour goes for about $2.99 a bag here across the pond Bev. ;)
