Soda Pop Brownies

Hi Umpa, I'm thinking that the next time I make your brownies, I'm going to swap diet soda pop for the water.  Have you tried it and did it work, or do you know any reason why it wouldn't? (I used to make Coke Cakes using diet soda and cake mixes.  Worked well.) Also, did you try almond flour or a mix of flax meal and almond flour? Was it for the carb count that you used all flax meal?

Never tried the soda but don't see why it wouldn't work. ;) i use regular flax for two reasons, one is it goes well with chocolate and really brings out the flavor and two i don't know anybody that can have a tray of brownies in the house and not eat more than one.The flax fills you up and its pure omegas  heart healthy. ;)
