Scott in Florida - 13 weeks
« on: December 01, 2010, 10:22:47 AM »
Another week, more weight lost.  I'm enjoying this!  Another 6 pounds and I will be halfway to my goal.  Even now, I am getting into clothes I haven't worn in years.  I hope you guys are all enjoying your weight loss as much as I'm enjoying mine!

Have a great week everyone!

In three months, you've lost just under 33 pounds!
That's an average of 11 lbs. per month!

That's absolutely fantastic, Scott!
I am very happy for you!  :) :) :)

You're doing fabulously too, Shihtzumom1!  :) :) :)

Last summer, with the "encouragement" of my wife, I gave most of my smaller size clothes to Goodwill.
It's been so long since I was thinner, they went out of style.

I'm hoping that I will get some better fitting clothes this Christmas.
Judging how my wife has been eyeballing >:( the remainder of my wardrobe, I think I will.
What you do today is what matters!

You people are AMAZING! ;D
By the way shihtzumom i tried dehydrating the zuchinni yesterday for the carrotcake recipe HUGE mistake!Still have to figure out how to remove the water.I think I am gonna try larger pieces in the dehydrator.I grated them and they all but disapeered. :D

Umpa, what if you grate the zucchini and pat it dry with paper towels to remove the excess moisture, and not put it in the dehydrator so it will make a nice moist cake.

Thats how i make my zuchinni muffins for grandson, but they dont keep long.My concern is that when it hits a 375 drgree oven the moisture is gonna come pouring out. Doug is going to the store today and I am gonna try again with just grated zuchinni. Will let you know. :)
