WE mix equal amounts of smuckers natural peanut butter with dixie diner Carb not soy beanit butter which equals a carb count of 1 net carb per tablespoon.Safe to eat everyday.this is what I use in my homemade chocolates! If you like the dixie diner beanit butter by itself(which I do because its sweet) its 0 carbs.

Where can you buy the beanit peanut butter?  I've never seen this before.
Thanks!

Seriously, the first time? Is peanut butter not typical in the UK?

;D well it's not eaten as often as in u.s. when i first heard that you had something called peanut butter and jelly sandwiches i thought uurrhh, as jelly to us is jello to you i think, so it did sound a bit odd..and i didn't eat nuts when i was a child , i didn't like them..so it was off the menu... well recently i started to eat nuts so i thought i'd give it a go...my husband loves the stuff..so i tried it...
