Mushoorms and Eggplant and Peppers OH MY !
« on: January 12, 2011, 11:14:07 AM »
Tossed them all in a giant bowl  sliced, & sprinkled with garlic & onion granular, rosemary, and a touch of evoo to grill as a side for dinner.  Also boiled turnip and mashed YUM Planning and preparing ahead really helps to stay on the straight and narrow...keeping sugar free Jello and reddi whip in the fridge at all times too...Keeping things simple and would love to hear if anyone has some favorite simple tips they use ? :)

This is good to try.  Break off the ends of some green beans and drizzle on a cookie sheet with some olive oil.  If you like you can add some mushroom and zuchinnie, whatever you have on hand.  Roast in the oven at 410 for 30 min.  Be sure to toss and watch closely.  This makes for a great meal.  I also made the pumpkin pie for the first time today and am really impressed with it.  Eating this way for over 3 months I never tire of it.  Keep trying new recipes.
