Scott in Florida - 16 weeks
« on: December 22, 2010, 07:48:52 AM »
Weight stayed exactly the same this week, and I am actually happy about that.  Had 2 Christmas parties, a night at Applebee's (love those boneless wings - don't tell me the carb count!), and I didn't walk all week because it was so stinkin' cold.  At one point a few days ago I was actually up by a couple of pounds, so it looked like this week would be a setback.  So, ending up with no loss but no gain, I'm fine with that.

Hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

Scott

No gain is good . I seen on tv this morning that most people will gain 12 lbs between Thanksgiving and Jan 1st.

Nights have been a little chilly, but it's warming up in the daytime now - currently 59 degrees and climbing.

Staying the same weight for a week is okay, but not 2 weeks in a row!  Next Wednesday I will be a bigger loser  :)

Merry Christmas to you too, Scott!  :)

To gain 0 lbs. during the holidays is a wonderful accomplishment!

Way to go, Scott!!!  :)

BTW, not gaining for two weeks is not bad either.
When our loss stalls, our bodies are doing some readjustments (usually losing inches).

But to stall for more than three weeks... It's time to look at what you're eating.

What you do today is what matters!
