Bakery Cookbook
« on: January 31, 2014, 05:44:01 PM »
Just looking for an idea of what type of items are in this book and also what type of carb count are each recipe (general idea)?  I guess I'm trying to figure out if the recipes in the book are ones you could incorporate into an everyday routine or if they are more for days when you have the extra carbs "to spare" and enjoy with a baked treat?

Last question - what types of ingredients are needed with this book?

Thanks for any and all help!

Hi Sunshine, go to this Amazon link and click on the book cover, you'll be able to see the index and ingredient info as you page through.

Thank you - everything looks so good and I'm ready for variety with almost a month under my belt.  And an inch gone from the waist.  Question - I live in a smaller town - there is a Whole Foods within a reasonable distance.  Am I going to have a hard time finding the ingredients without paying outrageous shipping costs if I have to order online?  Have a great weekend and I so appreciate all the help and support!

Sunshine,  Netrition.com only has $4.95 shipping no matter how much is in your order.  I usually will go with them when I have a large order  ;)   I always check both Amazon and Netrition to see who has the best prices.  Like Umpa I to have the prime but even with that it's sometimes cheaper to go with netrition and visa versa.   :)
