Scott in Florida - 19 weeks

Today I hit exactly 40 pounds lost.  Pretty happy about that!

I also just joined a local gym.  First session is tonight.  This will give me a lot of options for cardio, compared to my 1-2 times per week walk.

Congrats on the weight loss Scott! Don't forget to stretch well before going nuts in the gym  ;) Pulling a muscle is a bummer.
