Backslid Need Help

Its all the fault of English Muffins! I love them my dad and I ate them every morning for breakfast. I was too weak I went back to ways of the English. At first I thought I would just workout harder and try to burn off the extra carbs I was eatting but that just gave me an excuse to eat anything else carb loaded and try to work it off. Now I am starting over and I feel like a fool.

Please don't feel like a fool, it's happened to all of us. The best thing you can do is shake it off, re-read the book, "sugar proof" your home and begin again. Now let's work on that english muffin problem. I want you to replace it with a new favorite that won't make you FAT.

I have started to re-read today. I am suprized that you keep your sugar level at 20 carbs a day. I thought as time went by we could increase the amount we consume?
