I was just thinking. I know water is good for you but What if I drink Auquafina Plus with Vitamins that are only 10 Callories/ bottle? Are these OK to drink?
Check out the net carbohydrates on the bottle, don't even look at the calories, we don't add up calories.
Actually I just looked online for you.  The Flavoured 10 calorie Aquafina Plus has 16g of carbs.  The Flavoured 100 calorie Aquafina has up to 42g of carbs.  With the FTS eating program you are to eat a maximum of 20 net carbs per day.

Hello Kale4life1 and welcome to our family!  :)

Like Doug says, read the book.
That book is the "FAT to Skinny" bible.
It sets the rules and provides the steps for living the FAT to Skinny lifestyle.

Although it's VERY easy to read in a few hours (or less), I've read it 7 times since I started back in August 2010.
And each time, some new insight jumps out at me. Or, I get more inspired.

I suggest that you too read the book at least several times.
What you do today is what matters!

I drink the VitaRain flavored waters from Kirkland (Costco). They're 0 calories and 0 carbs.

I just finished the book.

It was amazing!

My mother wants to read it now and then the 2 of us are going to empty our fridge.

I just watch the Drs TV Show and they had a book call the 17 Day challenge to lose weight.

I think that this book should get advertised on that show.

Have not drank any soda, not even diet since the start of the new year, and intend on it for the rest of the year. :D

One little concern, Can I take fish oil pills with this diet? And, after how long in this diet can I go abouts eating some take out, I got a McDonalds, 2 Tim Hortons, a whole whack of pizza joints, and chinese resturaunts my family and I all eat at for a party. On Friday, I had beer battered fish with fries n the side at my town legion, all foo was deep fried.
I Live in Essex Ontario Canada, you'd probable have to look it up in google maps on the internet to see where I am, am right in the midst of a farming county, I live 20 minutes from windsor Ontario, which is across the USA border from Detroit Michigan, how can I adapt to the food's within this book? especailly if I'm planning now to got to New York this upcoming Christmas, and possably a cruise in the new year. What would I do in regards to the food?

I know people that work for food places in my family, my family has friends that work in Wonder Bread, Pepsi, and are in the grocery industry in the office making sales, Do you know any Substitues for food from these industries I can have for this Diet? I'm also goin to be playing football in the summer, and want to know If on this diet can I drink Gatorade if I'm playing sports or oin the gym training as I will be lifting heavy gear, beating in heads as a Defensive Tackle, and trying to be on this diet?

You can take supplements with this lifestyle (we don't use the "D" word because it's not a temporary way of living). I take krill oil and a host of other supplements. As for eating out, it's simply a matter of thinking carefully and making good choices. I can eat anywhere, even our local pizza buffet and stick to my FTS lifestyle. At this location, I simply scrape the cheese and other toppings off the pizza and eat it like it's a yummy casserole along with my salad. You can eat burgers at McD's as long as you don't eat the bread. You can have some salad there, also. I have found that I really prefer to eat at home more often because I have a greater variety of delicious foods that I can make because of the ingredients that I stock up on compared to what the fast food places have. I also carry low carb wraps with me and GG Bran Crispbread so I can put a burger or another sandwich into my wrap and discard their bread. I use the GG Bran Crispbread to dip into guacamole or cheese dip at our local Mexican Restaurant. As for Chinese, it's tougher because of the sauces they put on most of their foods. I tend to get a bowl of egg drop soup and put a ladel of the broth from the Won Ton soup in it and that along with a salad is my safest meal at our Chinese restaurant. They also have steaks that they coook on the grill upon request.

Your supplements are fine. You can eat out anywhere you just have to make good food choice.Fryed food is fine just make your own breading.Recipe is in the book.As a athelete you should understand "feeding your machine " and for muscle recovery theree is nothing better than protien. There is a sugar free gatorade on the market. ;)
