I love the steak, egg and cheese bagels. I get them without any sauce, take it off the bagel and put it in one of my Josephs Flax seed pitas. I wouldn't recommend it daily but I do have one a couple times a month. The best thing is I can eat it and still loose weight.

If you really want something yummy go to Hardees/Carls Jrs and order the Low Carb Breakfast bowl. It's eggs, bacon, sausage and cheese in a bowl. It's huge and yummy, I can't even finish it! For low carb it has 7, so I don't really consider it low carb. But if you want a treat every once in a while it's really fun!
