The Hispanics here in California use hot sauce or lime juice on slabs of raw Jicama.  Thought I'd throw that out there for variety! :)

founditatlast as a dressing or do they soak it??They actually call Jicama the mexican potatoe.I never thought of using lime,hmmmm.............

I made jicama salad last night yum! I like hot sauce. Doesnt lime juice have sugar? You could made a slaw or something tho?

It depends beebs.Zuiderdamm showed me a lime juice that is a zero.Nellies Key West Lime juice.I also found a lemon .Maybe high water content and alittle citrus??

This sounds so yummy. I will have to try it, only since I can't find jicamas around here I will have to use cauliflower.
