End of Week #2 and 3 lbs. lighter

It's the end of week #2 and I'm three lbs. lighter!  I'm guessing this is going to the the norm for me from here on out but I am totally happy with that!

Over 50, 5'11" and weigh 275.  I've been as high as 353.  I have Type II Diabetes, borderline HBP, back and abdominal issues.  It's time to be disciplined and get the weight off and I have the tools I need now.

That's great Guy!  Most on the forum would be thrilled with a 3 pound weight loss each week.

3 pounds a week is great! The recommended weight loss rate is 1 to 2 pounds per week, so you're above average!

3 pounds loss in a week is wonderful!
What you do today is what matters!
