Im completely frustrated at my inability to make in a the baked goods. Everything I make tastes like Bantha poodoo! The bakery book isnt as beebs friendly as I hoped....

It is Beebs.All you have to do is start with a easy recipe like brownies.Here is how I do it with grandson(he is 1 1/2)Preheat the oven.Measure all your ingredients and line them up on the counter.Now its math.Put the ingredients(the equation ) together.Bake and you get solution.Children make these recipes beebs all by themselves
Or take a cooking class or SUCK UP TO MOM AGAIN! Love ya beebs!

Mum just had surgery and I do that with my ingredients already umpa. All my stuff still turns out like bantha poodoo!

Beebs some people just cant cook/bake well . It is a gift like any other I can cook pretty good but baking is a different story . I went through Umpas Bakery book and picked out the easy ones .

 The Brownies look simple and the I can cook the beanit butter cookies . I have to get the xytol before I can try the brownies .  So people that cant bake sweets will have to eat SF candie /bars when we HAVE to have something sweet .

 Kinda like Tyler says about his Diabetes "it is what it is"  Some of us folks  just cant bake .

I totally understand Beebs!  You should have SEEN one of my first FTS cheesecakes.  ha ha  I learned my lesson that you do HAVE to follow the directions and add the ingredients in order like the recipe says. (The recipe said to mix the cream cheese first until smooth...then add things one at a time.....but I DIDN'T.  I just dumped it all together thinking I could mix it all up quicker....NOT!  ha ha)  There were little clumps of cream cheese all through my cheesecake....ugh.

A fews years ago, I went through a phase of burning everything I tried to bake.  My mom suggested I buy an oven thermostat to check my oven.  Turned out that the built in thermostat in my oven had gone out.   I was like....so it wasn't just ME!!  ha ha

Im pretty sure it's not my oven....I can cook like a pro if I make non FTS friendly food. Cookies, cakes, pies, anything you want I can make, but as soon as I go low carb I bollocks it up every time.
