Umpa, vegetable oil has soybean in it, I can't have it. However, I looked at the labe on the corn oil and it says 0 carbs. So can I still use it?

Ump, It was worth being woke up, cause now I have all the books on my desktop for easy access. I still do not now why the email wouldn't work the the other one did  and they are both handled by Yahoo. :D :D :D
