I may take Dr Mercola's writings more seriously if he didn't have a "hidden agenda" What's his hidden agenda you may ask? He sells competing products!

I have read...and read...and read study after study about soy, listened to both sides of the arguments in many areas and have determined that very few of us ever eat enough soy products to even qualify for the studies. Umpa and I have eaten Soy products for over 8 years without any adverse side effects. y

 My advice?- Enjoy your tofu, and your Shirataki and your beanit butter and your edamame :)

Interesting. Isn't it funny how people are always willing to dump on something simply because they've moved on to the 'next big thing' ...

I need to try more soy products.  :D

There are natural estrogens in soy and they are heart healthy.I tell people you be the judge of what works for you. :) Don't listen to other people. ;)
