Umpa I finally got my xylitol and made the pb cookies they are very good altough they were not as sweet as I thought they should be so I looked at the recipe again the one on here says 1 cup xylitol the bakery book has 1/2 cup which is what I used  which one is the correct amount or is it just personal taste ?

Tyler said PB cookies were not sweet enough I am going to add more sweetner to the next patch .Thanks Umpa I am tryin the brownies next .

I cut back the xylitol because doug said they were too sweet :D Taste the dough. Maybe meet in the middle at 3/4 cup? :)

Hi Jo,  :)

Remember to be careful with sugar alcohols (sweeteners) including xylitol.
Eat too much of them, and there will be lower digestive tract regrets.  :-[
What you do today is what matters!
