Coconut cake

Got up early this morning and baked the coconut cake from the FTS Bakery Book (page 139).  Oh my goodness!  I had a square of it with a cup of coffee as my breakfast!  Wow!  It's GREAT!!

Yes it is! I love that recipe and it's wonderful with coffee as you proclaimed. Feels like your cheating...but you're not ;)

Not sure, doesn't last long enough to freeze any! The trick is to only bake one thing per week, that way you don't load up on uneaten baked goods  ;)

I have frozen all of the cookies I have made as well and they were fine.  My freezer is in the basement which is good because the cookies are not sitting here taunting me.  I also froze some of the Lemon Brussadella (bakery book), Pumpkin Bread and the Carrot Cake with no problems.

You shouldn't feel like you need to delete posts Owensmath, your guidance and input are much appreciated.

Thanks Mom1 ,Thats correct Owensmath sometimes we will say things other people dont want to hear or disagree with ,but MOST of the time it helps people wether they agree or not .
