There should not be any in the mayo you just have to look at label . The rest is fine we count eggs as .6 for a whole egg . Doing good for your first day .

Hi Denise!  :)

The mayo I use Best Foods (aka Hellman's) has 0 carbs.

Some prepackaged beef jerkies are high in carbs (mostly teriyaki) because sugar is used in them.
Doug has a recipe for homemade low carb beef jerky on this forum that's fabulous!!!
See: http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=1397.msg12566#msg12566

For any and all prepacked foods, read the nutrition labels carefully!
Sometimes, what would "seem" low carb, really is not!  :o

It's best to avoid unpleasant surprises BEFORE you buy them let alone eat them!
What you do today is what matters!

Miracle Whip has sugar, use the regular Hellman's it has 0 carbs.  Don't forget some vegetables.  Just check out the book and try to choose the ones with fewer carbs.  Try to give yourself a variety so you don't get tired of eggs.  Cook up a bunch of boneless chicken breasts and put in the fridge or freezer to have on hand for lunches or dinner, I find this makes things easier.
