Remember the golden rule Steph, no more than 20 net carbs per day in total can go into you body. You've been sabotaging yourself every night when you eat a Hormel compleats. Everyone of their meals exceeds your allowable count for the day and you haven't included any other food, drinks or snacks that you've taken in. Steph, if you want to succeed you must drop the net carbs to 20 or under per day. I suggest you go back to the book and look in the recipe section. Prepare your own food and lunch box it to work. You can very easily turn each dinner into a zero carb dinner. That way all the running around your doing will burn the FAT not the FOOD as fuel.
Look at the carb counts of the dinners you've been eating below then STOP, same for your husband if he's doing the same. Remember this simple rule;
