does anyone do smoothies?  if so tell me what you put in them please

Smoothie:

1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (the name brand on mine is Dymatize ISO-100 and has 0 carbs)
1 cup of sugar free almond milk
1/4 cup of water
4-6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons golden flax meal
1/4 to 1/2 cup strawberries
=or= if I'm trying to keep the carbs down I add sugar free flavoured syrup instead of berries (Walden Farms, Davinci, Torani)...chocolate, carmel, strawberry, vanilla.
