i'm on a low calorie, lower carb(80-90 net carbs a day) program. does the amount of calories consumed during the day matter? or is it just about keeping track of the carbs? i eat five small "meals" a day(which are the from the program i'm on), and one larger meal of a lean meat and low carb veggies. i lost about 7 lbs my first week, and between 2-5lbs after that. would i have greater
weight loss on the fat to skinny program? i already bought fat to skinny book, but thought it was gonna be too hard to do. well i had gotten my cholesterol levels checked and they needed improvement. i know i can't go back to eating like i used to, and i'm tired of carrying around all this extra weight. i like having the simplicity of the meals from the program i'm on right not, but i'm just not loving the $300 price tag each month for the foods. i'm 5'5" and 215lbs. i'm looking to be around 140lbs. your advice would be greatly appreciated.
