NO!!!You MUST go thru sugar detox and ingesting sugar is the LAST thing your body needs!!!
Eating sugar (of ANY kind) will prevent you from losing any weight.
Before FTS, if I did not have Sweet N' Low in my coffee, I could not drink it.
When I learned that sweeteners (on a constant basis) could stop my
weight loss, I dropped the stuff like a hot potato.
I have learned to drink black coffee and now thoroughly enjoy it!
I will occasionally have some cream in my coffee along with a low carb dessert.
Occasionally having some sweetener should not be a problem.
But I would advise that you don't until your body gets used to being "sugar free".
