Hi Denise!  :)

Be thankful!!!  :) :) :) :)

Your detox may start any day and may last for a week or so.
On the other hand, like Jo said, some people miss out on the fun (  8) ) altogether.

Either way, stick to the FTS rules and you WILL lose weight;)
What you do today is what matters!

Hi Denise,

My detox was about 3 days at the end of my first week, it wasn't bad I got dizzy a few times and was strangely tired about a hour or two after I got up in the morning.

No sense in using your energy worrying about something today that may not even happen tomorrow!  :D

You are doing a good job!!!

Everyone is different, some mild, some a bit more harsh......mine was harsh.

You said "i am constantly looking at new recipes on here cuz i dont want to get bored and eat the same things over and over" I like to pick meals I eat one day per week that way I look forward to that days meal 3 or 4 days before. For instance, Wed may be waffle day, Fri may be pork chop day etc.... This way you can plan well in advance for youe main meals and snack trays.

Yes all of those could just be one of those and maybe you will be lucky and not have any ! ;D I think the more processed foods you ate before FTS the worst they are . I think it was day 3 for me that I felt my worst ,sleepy, dizzy ,& very mad that I could not have my carbs . I wasn't very nice to be around if  ya know what I mean .  :D

for some people, Yes, Yes, Yes, and Yes. You can also experience cravings and occasionally ripping off the heads of your loved ones who bring home a pizza!  :o :o :o :o  ;D ;D ;D

Or maybe, nothing at all. Everyone is different  ;)

Welcome to the family Amber.  :)
