OMG, I just read one of your post... amazing!!!!  very very cool!!!! congrats!!!

Welcome to our family, TooSweet! :) :) :) :) :) :)

I was also a type II diabetic for the last 6 years or so.

Last month, my doctor took me off my blood sugar med (Metformin) and declared that I'm no longer diabetic!
My A1C was 5.3!!! ;D ;D ;D
My blood glucose was 115.

My other numbers were well within healthy ranges:

My total cholesterol was 124!
My LDL cholesterol was 66!
My HDL cholesterol was 48!
My triglycerides were 51!

And my blood pressure was 106/72.
The doc reduced one my HBP meds in half!!! ;D

If you stick to the FTS rules, you WILL not only lose your excess weight, but become MUCH healthier as well.

Yes... You actually become "normal" again!!! :) :) :)
The way to not be normal is going back to eating high net carb foods and eating too much.

In other words... Act normal... Be normal! ;)

Incidentally, some people can eat a family size pizza chased by a 6-pack of regular beer every night and not gain an ounce.
These folks do exist. Although they are NOT the norm in society. They are "normal" in their own way.

But folks like you and me (with insulin sensitivity problems), can't live like they do and have the same results.
That's why God created FTS!!!
Thank you Doug for sharing this blessing with the world!!! ;D ;D ;D

It's like poison Ivy Alex, if you roll in it and get it you can treat it and cure it....but that doesn't mean you can't get it again. I "cured" my type two years ago, it's gone BUT if I overload my system with sugar again I can certainly get it back. Now with that said People who have a dysfunctional pancreas causing diabetes will not be cured by FTS, it will simply help then manage their blood sugar.
