Hey Momx04, I don't do any exercise, but the reason I probably have lost so fat is most likely because on top of low carb, I'm a strict vegan, then I also don't eat much because I am SO busy, so I only eat a couple times a day. THEN, before I started this program, I was eating 500-600 carbs a day!!! EEEEK! So, I think my body was so shocked by the amount I was eating versus now, it has just melted off...but I will go a week or two without losing ANY and sometimes even gaining, don't know how because I eat very healthy and lean, but it does, then all the sudden it will kick back in after two weeks and I'll lose 5-8 pounds out of nowhere...hang in there mama and don't give up! And I'm sure exercise will help. I have a hard time breaking over 300 calories a day because I'm vegan and veggies have such LOW calories I have a hard time getting enough calories without too many carbs...so that also may be why I lose so much so fast...but it stalls too! When I can find a balance I will start increasing my carbs and start exercising...continue to hang in there...YOU are doing FABULOUS!
