i have been used to weighing myself a couple of times a day..how do i stop..i'm addicted...xx

What?!? That's not good. Stop it. Do something else instead. Once a week is enough. Clean, cook, anything.

I know it's not good, but I weigh myself every morning. Then, if I've gained, I eat less or put more activity in my schedule for that day. It works for me and keeps me on track.

Dont weigh yourself more than once a week ladies(and katary)! And weigh naked  when you first get up after you go to the restroom.
