Dixie beanit cookies

So I am going to break down and buy the Beanit Cookies from Dixie but wanted some opinions.. I just dont have too much time right now and the desire for PB cookies is haunting me.. arghhhh >:(      has anyone bought them?

the cookies you make with beanit butter are delish and easy to make they take like 8 muinuites and 3 ingredients

Jo,  I havent been able to find any of the acceptable flours ins the stores.. I guess I will order it online... that PB craving is the only darn thing that has a semi grip on me.. semi cause I wont give in... lol

This thread got me into the kitchen to bake some cookies -- ha ha!  :D

 I didn't want to use up my Beanit Butter because I'm taking that on my trip, so I used some I.M. Healthy Soynut Butter instead. It's not as good and it has 1 carb per serving, but they turned out really well. I only made half a batch, so hopefully I can keep my greedy little paws out of the fridge. ;)

Most of the time I count those cookies as one carb anyway just so I want eat as many LOL

I bought the mix from Dixie and they are dry and not very sweet.  I am going to try the recipe on here this weekend.

I have not tried (nor plan to) try the store bought.. I can tell you that ones I made were good... :)
