Calorie King?
« on: May 04, 2011, 09:33:09 AM »
Does anyone know if Calorie King adds things properly? As in subtotaling carbs and net carbs individually for each item consumed, or does it do it so that you could eat 50 carbs all day, no fiber, then at the end of the day have a health bar with 50 grams of fiber and then call it 0 net carbs for the day (which of course would be inaccurate)? I’m just wondering how it works, and if it’s worth it. It seems easy to count net carbs, so why pay a website to do it? Am I missing something?

A carb count loophole, that cracks me up! :)  NO, you can't negate your carb intake for the day by eating an equal amount of fiber at the end of the day. The best way to proceed on this lifestyle is to learn your food so it becomes second nature. You'll find that 90% of your menu items over time come from the same list so eventually you'll know all the numbers.  ;)
