Stevia: Where and what to buy?
« on: May 11, 2011, 03:29:38 PM »
Hi,
Just got the F2S bakery book, so I guess now I need stevia. Any tips on using this stuff? What about brands, does it matter? Does anyone buy flavored versions? Where can I buy a huge amount of it? Since it doesn’t seem to go bad, like the 15lbs of Xylitol I bought, I want to get a large quantity of it to save money. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
Thanks

Hot beverages like coffee. It doesn't dissolve well in cold.I use it instead of xylitol if I am out. I also like it sprinkled on berries. If you get a plant the fresh leaves are wonderful in salads and fruit dishes ;)
