Still waiting (patiently ) for low or zero carb recipes for yogurt and bread pudding so while you’re thinking it over, I’ll throw this out too. How about a low or zero carb recipe for red velvet cake/cupcakes? yum

Post a recipe and I will convert it and make it too! Grandson is coming for his birthday and I am making a Elmo cake! So red velvet cake would be super awesome!
I still don't quite understand the bread pudding thing i guess cause i am from the south!Doug explained it to me so my next loaf of bread i will try it.I have a old fashion ice cream book somewhere here in North Carolina(we just arrived last night) and in that book there are recipes for frozen yogurt.My thought is maybe we can convert one of those??I love a challenge!
