Beanit Butter Cookies-Seriously

Just had one for snack! Seriously these are amazing.  Do most of you count 1 carb for each cookie you eat?

They really or not 1 carb ,but if you get out of hand with them you can start counting them I put them in a freezer bag and keep them in the freezer . They dont freeze hard ,so when you want one just get it . Tyler makes ice cream sandwichs with the carb smart ice cream for a 1 carb snack .

 They are very good !!!

Hi Amber! :)

The best way to calculate how many carbs are in each cookie is simple IF you make all the cookies the SAME SIZE.
Simply take the total net carb count for the ENTIRE recipe, then divide that by the number of cookies.

This works on ANY recipe!
Just substitute the word "serving" for "cookie" in the paragraph above. ;)

Amber they are delish I had to count them too cause I liked them too much . But know that I know they are there and I can have stuff I am not wanting it as much .  :P :P  Thank Goodness !!

 Have you tried the coconut cake ? It is very good like 1.2 a peice . If you havnt you need too .  I am leaning to be a baker   ;)

Do you guys remember any of the many discussions here about portion control?

One of the best ways to sabotage your efforts is to stop paying attention to portions.
If you do, your asking for a stallout or weight gain! :-\

Count those cookies BEFORE you eat them!!!
