OK so i am a bit confused .If I use a lettuce leaf to wrap my meats, egg and cheese does that count a a carb or is that 0 carbs . So if I have a hamburger with cheese wrap it in a lettuce leaf is that 0 carbs or is it 1 carb .

                                                                                  Thank you
                                                                                        Liz

Hi momma chops! :)

I count a large (or 2 average) leaf of lettuce is about 1 net gram of carbs.
What you do today is what matters!

This is why I like charting my food on Fat Secret. If an iceberg lettuce leaf is only .10 grams, I might not count it. But when I use Fat Secret, it just keeps track of it for me.
