Thanks for your encouragement, everyone.

I'm only 4 pounds over where I was now. :)

Considering at one time during my trip the scale said I had put on 14 pounds, I guess I'm doing okay. I'll get back there and hopefully get to my goal weight soon.

I bet other people that went to WDW put on 10 or 15 pounds while they were there. All in all you did great! It's tough having to eat out all that time. I did that with the move too and gained THREE POUNDS and I thought I was doing well. Hard when you aren't preparing your own food. All I can say is if you go to Uno's and order the steak tips, even though they say there's nothing added something definitely is. :)

Thanks, Sherri. It is tricky because even if you stick to plain meats & cheeses, you don't have your usual sides that mean you feel full or satisfied. I was really missing Carbmaster yogurt. If I ever go back, I'm going to try to get my ILs to stay in a villa so I can prepare more of my own food. They were going to stay in one this time, but changed their mind. I think that would help me, foodwise. Then again, I'm not sure if I'll ever get back there. My ILs treated us to this trip. Since moving to MT from CA, we took a huge pay decrease and there's no way we could afford trips like this. Thankfully, I have awesome ILs.

I'm already itching to go back -- ha ha!

It is so hard because the meat and cheeses might be filled with sugar and we can't control that. It would be hard to do a long vacation like that without some sort of kitchenette. You were here during the perfect time too, the weather was wonderful.  It wasn't super hot and the humidity was down.

Hi Sherri! :)

This is why my wife and I will ALWAYS insist on a room with at least a kitchenette.

If we ever go back to Disneyland, we would stay in a room offsite if we could not get a room with one.
That way, we don't have to be concerned about unknowingly eating hidden sugar.
Which, in my view, diminishes the fun of the experience.

This takes a bit more trip planning... But I believe it's worth it! :)

The coolest part about the FTS program is the knowledge of exactly how we gain and lose weight. This puts us in complete control at all times of where we want to be. So you splurged and gained a few pounds  :o , now it's coming right back off  ::)

You'll be fine Rena, trust me  ;)

I think I'm only about 3 pounds over now.  ;D  I'll get there. And it looks like we're going camping on Friday, but that's no problem with our RV -- I can take all my low-carb foods with me this time. I'm itching to get our kayaks out, too!  :D

Thanks, Tony. And, I think I'm closer to 1-2 pounds today. Perhaps I'll be able to start moving that ticker again in a few more days. ;)
