Buffalo Ranch Chicken - crock pot!

Found this on Pintrest and it is yummy and easy.   

Crock pot
Chicken (I used boneless chicken tenders)
1 bottle of Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce (0 carbs!)
1 package of Ranch Dressing

Let it cook until done, pulled apart with fork and we ate wrapped in low carb tortilla with salad.  The Frank's does have a "kick" but very good.

Oh Amber you are at it again with a yummy recipe!!  This sounds like a GREAT replacement for the "Kickin chicken wrap" which is on the menu at Buffalo's & I think at Applebees too!  ...but there's has TONS of carbs.   I will try this soon!!   Thanks so much for sharing!!

Hi Tony! You need to have a facebook id to interact with pinterest, but you can look at all the ideas all you want and right-click on something you like to open it in another window, then click on it to open the directions or more information. It will work if you just click on an image, but then it refreshes the original page and you get to start all over. I find something useful there every time I load them up - I don't have an account with them, don't need it.
