BEWARE....UGH...

I like using liquid Sundown B12 complex vitamins, but when I ran out I was right by the Vitamin Shoppe and bought their brand... Well today, I decided to compare the ingridients because I notice that I just dont get that boost of energy like I do with Sundown and actually was getting a rush and then a drop as if I were on sugar (you know what I mean, right) and it turns out that this crap has FRUTOSE!!!!! WTH!!!!!!   BEWARE when you get vitamins.....  I am sooooo mad at myself for assuming and taking it for granted and not reading the label..... ugh.....

It's amazing what they stick sugar into these days. Some of the vitamins even list the carb count on them. Yuck right!

Im telling you it was amazing.. Sundown would give me an amazing amnt of energy and I would never get a crash feeling.. This brand just wasnt doing it and on too of that I felt weird and a crash effect ad I couldnt explain it.. So I took my dosage this am and I decide to read after that fact (im a dumb a$$) and I almost screamed when I read FRUCTOSE... Wow, really...

What are these people thinking?  Its really incredible that one shoud have to even read vitamin labels...

BTW you loooooook amaaaaazinggggggggggggg!  You so rock Mrs. American Idol for real!!!!!!!!

Hey Alex! I have learned to read the labels! I tried getting the Mio, it's a water flavor. and said, "no carbs." But....it had sugar alchols in it, I didn't recognize! So, now, I read the labels "carefully" before I get anything! It only takes once!
