I am very proud of Doug.  Today at church one of the other men came up to me and said "Doug is looking really good!"  That made my day.  I gave him his trick or treat a little while ago, a bag of awesome pork cracklins made locally ;D ;D ;D

I'm back on the forum after a few months absence.  It's hard when the one you are trying to support slips back into his non-compliant habits after doing so well and achieving such good results! :'(  I am pretty much at my goal weight but I definitely feel so much better when following the FTS WOE.  ANYWAY...after suffering more set-backs in his health, Doug's doctor told him the other day to get back on FTS and as long as he is willing, I will be here to support him too.  I must say I have missed the interaction with this forum tremendously and am sure it has grown A LOT!  Sugar IS the enemy! >:(  Looking forward to getting back in the GROOVE!

Welcome back Paula.  You are a good woman to be so supportive of your husband on his journey to getting healthy.
