Scott in Florida - 43 weeks

Down 1.4 pounds this week, and joined the 70 Pounds Lost Club.  I need to average a pound per week for the next 9 weeks to make my goal weight within 1 year.

Next Wednesday will probably be the first Wednesday since I started that I won't weigh in or post my weekly progress.  We will be away from home that day so I won't have access to my "official F2S" scale.  Of course, if I have access to a scale and it happens to show a loss, I will designate that scale as the Temporary Official Scale  :)

Those last few pounds are most often the toughest to shed.
But just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be there soon!
