Breaking news on Diabetes !!!

WOW I just heard on t he news this morning that if you stay on a low CARB low calorie diet your TYPE 2 DIABETES will go away !!!!

Ism't That just amazing ?? BUt the kicker is it is the doctors doing the weight loss surgeries saying if you have the surgery and eat low carb & low calorie it will reverse Type 2 .

We here at FTS know you dont need the surgery !!!!!!!!!

What a crazy world we live in !

FOR REALZ    My sitr works with a lady that just had a 29 year old neice die from complications . If people would only listen to Doug !!!

It's all about the money for some doctors wanting to do this surgery. It's very sad that some people take these risks with their life when it is so easy to follow low carb lifestyle.
My husband is Type 2 and I'm hoping he will join my daughter & I on FTS. My sister bought her FTS book today. Yeah!
We have had no problems staying with the program this week and we already know we are losing because we cheated and had to weigh. We are very happy. I will post the weight loss on Monday.

Don't count your hubby out yet.  When he sees how well you and your daughter are doing he might think twice.  Mine had been resistant from the start but is now looking at labels of what he is eating,  seeing how well I feel and watching me drop weight to.  I know it won't be long he will be right there with me     He is so proud that I am no longer having to take any of my meds for diabetes.  Hang in there I bet yours will follow you soon.
