Husband went to the dr. today!!

Well y'all, husband went to the dr. today and he started the Fat to skinny at 345, now he's at 297!! I'm ag 214(I had to get on the scale too while I was there:-) Dr. says she's proud of us! To keep up the good work! No problem doc!! Fat to skinny, fast and easy!!!

It's so much easier when your doc is on the same page as you.
