Oh sweet Stephanie.. I started smiking at 13 and smoked quit back on 2001 when my late husband was diagnosed with cancer.. After he passed, I started again for many different reasons.. My daughter told me she didnt want me to die and quit cold turkey 7 yrs ago.. The best thing ever...

The first time was rough, teh 2nd time, I just wanted it and it didnt even phase me.. If you want it, it will happen.. Now keep the faith and remember to be strong because you are battling 2 addictions at once and it can be overwhelming but think of how much better you will feel and how much longer you will live...

You know Steph I have to share something with you.I am in the full on menopause right now.My latest symptom,which has stopped me from driving until I figure it out is, Vertigo,dizzyness,the room spinning.It is always caused by either getting too hot or stress!It was so bad yesterday I had to hold onto doug at the store.It is usually followed by nausea.

@ Umpa, yeah, I hear ya on the Vertigo!! It's soooo not fun!! BUT....My wonderful dr. gave me some meds to take, and I've only had one episode @ work, and that's only cause I got too hot! I try to make sure I don't get overheated, because for me, that's what triggers it!
