well, I need to take off 50 lbs to get off all this insulin I am taking....so far in the last 5 days I haven't had to take megga doses....Readings were in the 200s they are now between 110 and 145...WOW....those carbs have been my enemy all along and I couldn't see it...I'm Staying the Course!!!!!!!!!!!....Refund

Keep it up, refund! :)

I am one of a number of type II diabetics that have been cured by the FTS lifestyle.
I did not get to the point I needed insulin shots. But I was taking Metformin (Glucophage).
I believe that I would be on insulin by now if not for Doug and FTS!

Keep up the good work Refund!! 

It is totally possible for your doctor to take you off your meds completely.  Mine did for me.  I was taking 3 different meds including insulin.  Now nothing.  I have been able to keep my sugar readings between 85-125 thanks to FTS.  I feel better than I have in a long time.  You can do it!!!  ;D ;D

Welcome Refund!  And keep on keeping on!  I bet it doesn't take you 50# to be off your insulin!  Your doctor is gonna be amazed next time you go in to get checked - the difference will be amazing.

Hey Toosweet, Doug, Umpa and Everyone, just wanted to thank you for your encouragement....I am losing and my fasting sugars are between 101 and 132 in the morning..a far cry from 296-300s....I am so Keeping the Faith and Staying the Course... even if I mess up... I pick myself up and keep going back to the 20 carbs-a-day.  I see my doctor next week for my diabetic checkup/weigh-in...Blessings to You All and FTS... Refund :)))

It's wonderful to hear that excellent report, Refund! :)
Sounds to me that FTS is curing another type II diabetic!

One of the beauties of FTS is that if you mess up, just get back on board and you'll be OK.
But the less you veer off course, the sooner you'll arrive at that thin new you! ;)
