Warmed up the leftovers last night (I had cooked it in a larger baking dish).  Still not very tasty to me.  I will try again at some point.  Could you use Velveeta?

Hi Amber! :)

Be careful with Velveeta.
It has 3 net carbs per ounce.
What you do today is what matters!

Amber use the smallest dish you can put in the oven.Every time you are heating it up you are cooking it and making mush.I like the single serving dishes. ;)They get crispy on top :)

Good to know. I don't have single serving dishes and haven't been able to find any good ones yet. I'll look around if I go to town this weekend. I still haven't bought the tofu, so maybe I can make it this weekend.

Thanks! I'm going up to town today and was planning on going to both places. I've been itching to go to the Salvation Army to look at the kid's books. I can get a ton of them for a dime each. I'll have to check out dishes. I was planning on going to Walmart also, so I'll look there too.
